There are times in your business when you want or need clarification on taking your business to the next level. A phone Consultation with clients about their Candle Business. The Candle Coach will assist you in getting clarity within your candle business, answering any questions they may have about content strategy, marketing, technical aspects, and much more.

Terms of Service

Disclaimer: payment for consultations is based on time and time alone. Payment is not based on the content or context of said meeting. The client is responsible for any questions asked, etc. to ensure they achieve desired use of time. The Candle Coach™ will strive to provide the requested information but makes no guarantees that a solution will be reached in one scheduled meeting.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are in need of rescheduling, please contact us 24 hours or more before our meeting.

There will be no refunds provided on scheduled meetings where clients are a no-show. The consultation window will be open during the client's scheduled time frame where the service provider, The Candle Coach™, will be in attendance. If the client is a no-show or has not given a 24-hour notice for rescheduling then a refund for the 30-minute time frame will not be granted.

The client is responsible for paying for another 30-minute consultation meeting if the initial meeting is missed. The consultation fee is solely based on the time for the meeting. The client is paying for the time.
